All deliveries are subject to availability and receipt of payment. Orders will be processed within 48 hours and delivery confirmed by email.
We deliver anywhere throughout South Africa. Gifts are securely packaged and sent via courier services. In the unfortunate event that a gift is damaged in transit, please contact hi@forgetmenotco.co.za within 24 hours to organise a replacement. Conditions apply.
All our gift boxes are custom made up and therefor we require 5-7 days. Whilst every effort is made to deliver on your preferred delivery date, when utilising a courier company, we can not be held liable for any delay in delivery. Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday.
Correct delivery address and contact details for the recipient are required.
Flowers deliveries can be arranged for all major centres.
